Perfect view, bad people
The privacy at the beach. The Cleanliness of the place.
Most of the staff are rude and slow in acting. One of them even tried to enter the chalet claiming that he wanted to clean it even though it was not cleaning time. The only good employee is the one in the restaurant at breakfast time.

Nice location. Good facilities. Spacious rooms. Amazing Sea view from room.
Customer service can be better. No response to repeated requests - "will get back to you" is the only response but no one follows up thereafter. You have to keep calling for your request, no one takes responsibility.

I was grateful in the end that I only booked a two night stay. I won’t be going back in a hurry.
Nice location by the sea
I was a single adult traveller. There was a crack in the base of the bath. There was a used comb which had been left in the bedroom cupboard. The kitchen was very old and tatty. The light in the downstairs toilet didn’t work. The room was right next ot a children’s play area and their weee screaming children using it until around about 2am each of the two nights I was there. The breakfast was very poor. Low quality coffee and dry waffles and a dry croissant which was well overpriced at SAR 50.
